Level 1 Tuition Only: $150 + TAX
Level 2 Tuition Only: $200 + TAX
Level 3 Tuition Only: $250 + TAX

Level 1, 2 & 3 Bundle $500 + TAX

Fingerprints: $59 + TAX  **Required for all levels**
Psychological Evaluation: $300 + TAX   **Required for Level 3**
State of NM Licensure Fee: $50 for Level 1&2 / $75 for Level 3
